Metronicity

We invite you to work together with local businesses & other Business Enablers on mutual problems & pursuits in your city

We’re trying something new. Together with local businesses and business enablers, we are co-developing what we dubbed as Metronicity. We are starting with 35 cities across Canada. Upon validation, we’ll then bring it to other key cities in Canada, the US, and the rest of North America.

Metronicity is the use of technology, automation, strategy, and conglomeration to collectively combine the intelligence and strengths of local businesses for mutual individual gains while exponentially impacting the overall prosperity of the city and its people.

Every city has its own unique DNA. Is your city going to be the next iteration of Silicon Valley, a friendlier New York, or a more connected version of Toronto? Today’s evolution in almost everything is an opportunity to create intelligent changes that can tremendously impact ecosystems. However this time, we are not just waiting for things to happen. Instead, we are intentionally designing transformations toward optimal prosperity, sustainability, and equality for all.

But even if technology is pivotal, the real value of every city comes from its people.  Metronicity is just a program that taps into and unleashes the knowledge, strength, and culture of individuals, corporations, and organizations in cities. It enables the collaborating parties to :

  • Leverage Powerful Synergies with Supply Networks

  • Localize Logistics Opportunities

  • Transition Everyone into E-commerce Optimally and Economically

  • CoDevelop True Digital Downtowns

  • Achieve Seamless & Painless Automation with Employees and Employers

  • Create and Empower an Engaged and Agile Local Workforce

  • Attain Sustainability Like Never Before

The overarching strategies are ACTION, ALIGNMENT, and AUTHENTICITY. Using the CiiRT New Engagement Principles, we are able to optimize individual strengths and translate strategies into impactful and transformative action. The primary movers are the Business Enablers crucial in the definition, design, development, and implementation of the local Metronicities. Business Enablers are the consultants, coaches, trainers, practicing professionals (i.e., accountants, bookkeepers, fractional employees), visionary leaders, software and web developers, engineers, scientists, events planners, civic leaders, political leaders, and others who are engaged in developmental work. Business Enablers run engagements with Metronicities to prosper the city through local B2C businesses, big businesses, quality and compliance, investors, governance, and other traction-oriented efforts and organizations.

We are actively inviting Business Enablers to codevelop Metronicity through ProMemberships in CiiRT. Those who are qualified to lead are going to be invited into the Local LeadCouncils who will be the local authority for the Metronicity effort in their respective areas. LeadCouncil Membership is by invitation or recommendation only of local CiiRT Members. Click on the applicable links below.

  • Local Businesses

Local businesses have the advantage of being physically present and co-invested in the community. It is a matter of understanding and enabling this advantage for their benefit and the for their consumer community. The real traction to the economy and community occurs locally. Consumption happens per person in every home and every place people are present.

  • Business leaders, consultants, developers, coaches, trainers, and other Business Enablers.

Now more than ever, local businesses need fresh, innovative, and highly strategic approaches for their businesses. For some, to thrive. For others, to survive. As a Business Enabler, the confidence is that you bring the necessary tools, improvements, and refinements that local businesses need.

  • Supply Chains. Big Businesses.

Consolidation of clients means bigger business with fewer complications and less distribution costs for the supply chains. Better yet, consolidation combined with automation creates an unprecedented level of efficiency made available only now because of technology. Benefits go both ways for the supply chains and clients.

  • Investors. Purposeful investors.

Investing in local businesses in your community has never been done this way before. The usual idea is for people to invest in the stock market. This does not necessarily translate into a secured investment and is not directly beneficial to the immediate community of the investor. Now, there are new and more impactful ways for investors to earn well and create better stability for themselves and sustainability for their local ecosystem.

  • Civic Leaders, Politicians, Public Officials, Chambers of Commerce, and other Governance Bodies.

The followers are as important as the leaders. Especially in the case of Governance Bodies where the welfare of the community is their primary responsibility. Clear and trustworthy communication is key. Metronicity offers this opportunity for the leaders to continuously reach out and actively work with their constituents amidst all the noise, distractions, and misinformation online.

  • Community Leaders, NFPs, and Functional Organizations like the Lions, Rotary, and Kiwanis Clubs.

Community leaders and organizations are important and must be supported within the local communities. Metronicity likewise provides opportunities to bring the messages, efforts, and functions of these organizations to the general population. More so, Metronicity provides a recommendatory showcase of what the local ecosystem has to offer as a whole to global visitors.
